I’m an engineering leader focused on building systems and teams that scale — technically and organizationally. My work centres on setting technical direction, simplifying complexity, and improving how engineers build and deliver software—balancing long-term system design with execution speed.
I lead from the front when needed, staying close to architecture and technical decisions to support teams through complex trade-offs, while maintaining clear ownership of delivery, team health, people development, and engineering standards.
Through both my professional work and
open-source projects , I’ve developed a strong focus on developer experience—designing systems and workflows that reduce friction and enable teams to move faster with confidence.
I actively incorporate AI-augmented development practices into engineering workflows, leveraging LLM-based tooling to improve iteration speed and developer productivity. In parallel, I explore these concepts hands-on through a personal trading application, working with automated execution flows and real-world system constraints.
